WOMAN CRUSH: OLAJUMOKE ADENOWO

My first encounter with Mrs Olajumoke Adenowo was in one of my friend's snaps on snapchat.

She had gone into my friend's office for a meeting with her CEO and my friend jumped on her at first sight. She was so excited to see her she took snaps and selfies and couldn't stop raving about her.


Anybody who knows me knows I'm very inquisitive so I decided to google her and read up on her and I was impressed.

She is an award-winning architect, entrepreneur, philanthropist, speaker, radio host, and author.

She is the founder of the boutique architecture and interior design firm AD Consulting, based in Lagos, Nigeria. CNN described her as "Africa's Starchitect" and The Guardian (Nigeria) has described her as "the face of Architecture in Nigeria".

I found her on instagram and immediately followed her.

How a guy spends his money should actually be an indicator of how he SHARES selflessly . Don't mistake QUANTUM of wealth with QUANTUM of AFFECTION . He just may have loads of money to SPARE - and if for any reason things change for him financially his true colour will emerge . Cherish the one who SHARES WHAT HE HAS WITH YOU . Little ( for now) or much . She was featured in the world's foremost architectural journal Architectural Record. She holds many honorary degrees, and has spoken at many summits and conferences including the Global Women's Forum and Harvard Business School (African Business Club).

She is an amazing woman! And her King Woman episode with Kemi Adetiba was enlightening and inspiring.


Plus she's a great mother to two boys and with her husband, they make a beautiful family.

Her life may not be as perfect as I have painted it, she must have been through a lot but she has ridden the waves of life gracefully and like my mother she inspires me.

So yeah, my woman crush, Mrs Olajumoke Adenowo is an amazing person and I'm grateful to my friend for sharing her with me on snapchat.
