On Monday, a Nigerian woman; Afolake Awoyemi was found to have given birth to a stash of heroin at JFK airport in New York. She had previously claimed to be three months pregnant.
She had just gotten off an Air France flight from Paris when she was asked if she was pregnant. She said yes, A partial strip-search was done and packs of brown powder, later tested to be heroin, then began to drop from her pelvic area. She was said to have passed out about 25 pellets of heroin before the day ended. The drugs are supposedly worth $20,000.
A pregnancy test was also carried out to prove she wasn't pregnant.
