I have been hearing this gist around and I laughed hard the first time I did.
Y'all should have heard that the ELOY awards held recently and Uti Nwachukwu hosted the show.
During one of his many rambles, he acknowledged the fact that Toke Makinwa has taken over the event scene. He also acknowledged her presence with her fiancée Maje, he asked people to give her a shout out and a lot of people didn't bother to clap. Thats got to hurt right?
Well it's still not over yet, as Uti jokingly said she shouldn't mind the beef. He went further to say before Toke came on the scene, he was the most beefed celebrity for attending so many events. He added that whenever he goes to an event these days he prays to God that Toke attends too,so he won't be insulted alone and she can share the hate with him. And that since she came around, the hate on him has lessened because finally there is someone who attends more events than him. Ouch!
He told her people are hating because she is successful,doing well and shouldn't mind haters. He added that she has a sexy sought after man by her side. While she smiled coyly, obviously hurt and touched by Uti's ramble, her fiance Maje didn't look like he found it even the least bit funny.
Lmao!
I love both Uti and Toke though, so I'll just remain silent on this.
