JK. In one sentence who is sunkytunes?
SunkyTunes: My real name is ADU olasunkanmi..from ondo state. Sunkytunes is just a yung boy who takes God and music as his first love.
JK. What was growing up like for you?
SunkyTunes: Well growing up was quite fun but at the same time, I had little mistakes I made, but at the same time; I thank God.
JK. Educational background
SunkyTunes: Hmm, I attended unique primary school and my secondary school was providence height and I'm presently in redeemers university studying sociology..
JK. When did you first notice your love for music?
SunkyTunes: Well I have always had this passion for music since when I was a very little boy. I learnt how to play musical instruments without anybody teaching me, and basicaly I started in church.
JK. What was your first time in the studio like?
SunkyTunes: Wow, my first time in the studio was a very wonderful experience. I was nervous sha it was fun seriously.
JK. There's this stereotype that upcoming artiste always come up with rubbish and they call it music, what makes your music different from others?
SunkyTunes: I would like to say there are artists and artists. Basically it depends on the way you are brought up and to the extent you understand your own style of music and what you can show to the people you have got. I know ma own style of music and what I can do with ma own style, my sis. But at the same time if you don't have God you can't do anything. All I Need now is Your prayers and support.
JK. Let's go to your track titled; "don't dull me", what was the inspiration behind it?
SunkyTunes: "don't dull me" is a song I did just to xpress my self to any girl I like. Cool song though..(Laughs).
JK. Who do you wish to work with in the industry both, locally and internationally?
SunkyTunes: Hmm. Localy there are so many good upcoming acts and I've worked with some like maydre, pblaze, kiddominant, m.y.kesh, dammykrane etc and I don't mind meeting more International. let's get there first you guys would know.*wink*
JK. What's next for sunkytunes? What's the future looking like?
SunkyTunes: Well sunkytunes would be moving to greater things such as new songs from me like; Feeling ma tunes,industry and my song. Don't let me talk too much.(Laughs). Just watch out!!
JK. Now, the question from the ladies, do you have a girlfriend?
SunkyTunes: Ah (exclaims)!! don't koba me ooo!! Sho..*lip sealed* (laughs)..
JK. Finally,if you were to come back to earth the second time as a Nigerian comedian, who would it be and why?
SunkyTunes: Omo I go like to be basketmouth.. I love that guy die. #no homo..(Laughs) .
