I don't know why I'm blogging about Karen's opinion but I've grown to love her. In a recent interview with Bella Naija, the joint Big Brother Amplified winner, Karen Igho spoke about Goldie who was evicted.
In her own words;
"Honestly speaking, I don't know Goldie, but from the little I've heard, she's really a nice person but that game was too tough for her. Prezzo just distracted her, he pretended to her. I have my own faults too. I remember when I fell for Zeus. Now we're just friends so it's cool. But Goldie did well at the end of the day. I'm not going to sit down and judge Goldie because it's only you that is in the house that will know how it feels like to play the game. Goldie is very soft and emotional and that's why little things".
But it seems like not everyone thought of things that way. Kenny St. Best seems to think that Mnet cheated and evicted Goldie because they couldn't bear to see another Nigerian win. Everybody started to get tired of Goldie's mood swings and loose emotions. There is no way she would have won, so I was confused when I heard what KSB said.
According to the NET, KSB said Goldie exhibited all the qualities needed to clinch the BBA top price but was robbed because the organisers were not comfortable with the idea of Nigeria winning the competition one more time.
"I think they didn't even let us know if she had the least votes from the number of people that were on the eviction list. I just think she was being robbed and I don't see her being robbed, I see Nigeria being robbed of the opportunity of winning again," she said.
The gospel artiste continued saying, "We've heard that they didn't want Nigeria to win. They didn't even let us know if she had the least votes from the number of people that were on the eviction list… All the qualities were there, so I think she was denied."
